The objectives of this course is to understand the basic requirements of AOC safety oversight and provide a platform for further study.
a. What you will learn:
Participants will learn about issuing of an Air Operators Certificate and procedures fo
continuing safety oversight of commercial and non-commercial organizations including ramp,
flight and facility inspections. Also oversight techniques, auditing procedures and the design
and implementation of Quality System and Safety Management Systems/State Safety
Programme.
b. Who should attend:
This course is recommended for:
· Prospective or new FOIs;
· National Civil Aviation Authority Management; and
· Participants with previous aviation experience from an operational environment and/or an appropriate aviation degree.
